Butterscotch Ready Creamy - Ready Base for Soft Serve and Gelato - Case of 8 x 1.7 KG bags - Rubicone Canada - Ships Free Within Canada on Orders Above CAD $199

Complete premix in powder, ready to use, for making Gelato with Butterscoth taste, the traditional English caramel. Suitable also for Soft ice cream. Just add water and pour into batch freezer or soft serve machine. 

Format: Case of 8 x 1.7 KG bags

Mixing Instructions: 

  • For Gelato: Mix 1 bag (1.7 KG) with 3L water and pour into batch freezer.
  • For Soft Serve: Mix 1 bag (1.7 KG) with 3.5L water and pour into soft serve machine.

Certifications: Gluten-free, Kosher
