Format: Case of 10 x 1.25 KG bags

Mixing Instructions: 

  • For Gelato: Mix 1 bag (1.25 KG) with 2.7 L milk and pour into batch freezer.
  • For Soft Serve: Mix 1 bag (1.25 KG) with 3.2 L milk and pour into soft serve machine.

Certifications: Gluten-free
