Complete premix for preparing Gelato with Limoncello taste, the traditional Italian Lemon liqueur. Suitable also for Soft Gelato.

Format: Case of 6 x 1.25 KG bags

Mixing Instructions: 

  • For Gelato: Mix 1 bag (1.25 KG) with 2.5L water and pour into batch freezer.
  • For Soft Serve: Mix 1 bag (1.25 KG) with 3L water and pour into soft serve machine.

Certifications: Gluten-free, Lactose-free, Vegan, Kosher
