Papa Vince's Non-Blended Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil tastes like olives with hints of tomato, artichoke, and pepper. Harvested in December 2024/25, this extremely light oil has no after-taste, making it yummy for dipping and as an everyday shot.

With low acidity (FFA < .30) and full of polyphenols (antioxidants) you can taste, this fresh olive oil has a 4-year shelf life. Vegan, hand-picked, and pressed by the family in Sicily since 1935, it's a great finishing and seasoning oil that is raw, unrefined, and unfiltered to preserve nutrients and flavors.
