Culinary Applications

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

• Add 1 lb (454 g) base to 3 Imperial gallons (13.6 L) boiling water. Simmer for 3 minutes.
• For small portions add 1 oz (28.4 g) to 30 fl oz (900 mL) boiling water.
