Low temperature warming of finishing sauces and dessert drizzle is convenient and efficient with a squeeze bottle holder and the right bottles. The holder occupies the space of a 1/6-size food pan. Lid cutout for bottles and open frame design keeps warmth in and circulating around bottles. Be aware bottles are intended for low-temperature heating as over-warmed product inside could make bottles too hot to handle comfortably.
Includes stainless steel holder and (3) dishwasher-safe, high-density plastic bottles with a 16 oz capacity; screw off tops have a 1 1/4" opening for filling.
Note: high-density bottles (86809) are not as common as those for cold use, ensure you have some on hand for quick change outs or replacements
