This intensely aromatic hazelnut praliné from Valrhona is made with 60% Roman Italian hazelnuts, blended with real caramel for a warm, toasty depth and subtle notes of soft caramel. Part of Valrhona’s Puissance Caramélisée range, this praliné is crafted using a time-tested method that begins with traditional caramelisation in the kettle before freshly roasted hazelnuts are added—resulting in a uniquely balanced, long-lasting flavour.
