Format: Case of 8 x 1.3 KG bags

Mixing Instructions: 

  • For Gelato: Mix 1 bag (1.3 KG) with 2.5 L water and pour into batch freezer.
  • For Soft Serve: Mix 1 bag (1.3 KG) with 3 L water and pour into soft serve machine.
