Preparation

To prepare:\1 L\63 L

Mix: \75 g\4.5 kg

Cold Water: \250 mL\6 L

Boiling Water: \750 mL\54 L

Add mix to cold water while stirring. Mix well. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. While stirring occasionally, bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes

Ingredients: Corn starch, Salt, Sugar (glucose solids), Flour (wheat), Modified corn starch, Canola oil, Dehydrated vegetables (tomatoes, garlic, onions), Hydrolyzed soy protein, Monosodium glutamate, Colour (caramel, paprika, sunset yellow FCF), Spices (includes mustard), Xanthan gum, Flavour (includes celery), Citric acid, Disodium guanylate, Disodium inosinate, Sodium citrate.
